Meet the owner
Dan Moretti
Lead technician · 14 years in refrigeration & air conditioning
Dan started as a refrigeration apprentice straight out of school, working on cool rooms and commercial plant before moving into residential air conditioning. After more than a decade working for larger contractors, he was tired of seeing rushed installs and customers who never understood what they'd paid for.
He started NJM HVAC to do things differently: size every system properly, quote a fixed price, turn up when we say we will, and leave every customer knowing how to get the best out of their system. Today he still designs every install himself and is on the tools most days.

5-year parts warranty. On every install.
If a part we supplied fails within five years, we replace it at no cost for the part. Here's exactly what that means.
What's covered
- Every part we supply and install: indoor and outdoor units, controllers, valves and fittings
- Our workmanship, including pipework, electrical connections and ductwork
- Labour to replace a failed part in the first 12 months
What's not covered
- Damage from storms, power surges, pests or accidents
- Blocked filters or drains from missed maintenance
- Equipment we didn't supply or install
How to claim
- Call 0433 192 502 or send a request with your install address.
- We book a technician, usually within two business days.
- If it's covered, we replace the part. No paperwork chasing.
Your manufacturer warranty is separate, and we register it for you on install day. Keep it valid with a service every 12 months.
